Idealite's web development supported the site where Alpha Coach pitched its free AI diet app, coach marketplace and workplace wellness offer.
{ Project Overview }
About the Project
Alpha Coach is a Mumbai fitness startup run by TLG Techfit Private Limited. It began as a premium online personal-training service, then, after raising $1.25M in 2021, moved to a model built to reach far more people: a free diet-coaching app, launched in August 2022, that builds a plan from each user's goals and adjusts it weekly, and a marketplace, launched in January 2023, where independent coaches run paid programs and challenges. That gave the business three audiences to win: busy people who want results without rigid diets, fitness creators who want clients and an online business, and employers buying workplace wellness. Its website had to speak to all three, turn interest into free app downloads and give coaches a reason to join. Idealite's role was web development on the 2023-2025 version of that site, pictured here.

- 02
Build the Audience Paths
Delivered pages for fitness enthusiasts, fitness creators and employers, so each visitor could reach the offer meant for them.
- 03
Show Coaching in Action
Built pages featuring live coach programs and challenges, so visitors could see what coaching on Alpha Coach looked like.
- 04

Objectives
- Grow the Free Funnel: Turn site visitors into downloads of the free diet-coaching app, the entry point to Alpha Coach's paid coaching.
- Recruit Coaches: Give independent fitness creators a clear reason and route to host programs on the marketplace.
- Reach Employers: Present the Fit Workplace wellness offer to companies alongside the consumer and coach offers.
- Earn Trust Fast: Show real users, ratings and top coaches so newcomers trust a young brand.
Requirements
- Audience paths: separate entry points for fitness enthusiasts (the diet app), fitness creators (the coach marketplace) and enterprises (Fit Workplace).
- App downloads: 'Download Free' calls to action throughout the site, leading to the iOS and Android apps.
- Supporting content: pages explaining the diet-coaching method, the science behind it, challenges and the workplace program.
Architecture
- Marketing site: Next.js pages at alphacoach.app/evolve covering Home, Diet Coaching, The Science, Challenges, Fit Workplace and Contact Us.
- Linked surfaces: the blog (alphacoach.app/blog) and coach marketplace (alphacoach.app/marketplace) sit at their own paths; app subscriptions are sold inside the iOS and Android apps, not on the web.
Technology stack
- Next.js: the React framework the public alphacoach.app/evolve site was built on, visible in its page source from 2023 to 2025.
Outcomes
- The 2023-2025 site presented the diet app, the coach marketplace and the workplace offer together.
- Each audience path ended in a clear next step: download the app, host a program or contact the team.
- Pages on the diet-coaching method, the science behind it and challenges explained the product before the download.
